Navic-India's Indigenous Navigation System - NavIC

Have you heard about Navic name, If not or if yes then we are here to discuss about the same.

So, What is basically Navic, Navic is abbreviated of NAVigation with Indian  Constellation, In simple language it is india's Indigenous Navigation System Developed by ISRO and DRDO.

You heard about GPS and even used it for quite some time now, when you are using the apps which using location /Maps services then for finding your location and your destination location, aoos using GPS services, which was introduced in 1993.

Navic is also works  on the concept on GPS, but in an advanced  and updated manner.

Navic use 7 Satellites to know the location or co-ordinates, It's accuracy is phenomenal of upto 1m for general Public  and upto 0.1 meter for Encrypted users, 1st Satelite ()IRNSS-1A  was launched on July 1st 2013 and the latest satellite was launched on April 12th 2018, Total of 9 Satellite was launched for this Purpose.

So the biggest query is Why NAVIC?, when the GPS system is already running successfully globally, so there is the story behind this which led us to 1999 Kargil war ,India was asking USA for help by giving GPS system for better placements of warriors but Due to political Agendas USA had refused to give the System to India, That's why our ISRO has found the Solution for this.

Due to NAVIC, our Armed force and people of India will get the advantages  like privacy of the Data, because our search results will be strictly stay within the boundaries of INDIA .

Now Let's talk about in which Phones or Hardware NAVIC System firstly come,1st official phone with this system is Realme 6 Pro, despite that in Snapdragon 720G, 662 & 460 will support this system out of the box and Qualcomm officially stated that it will be available to Snapdragon 865  with April 2020's Software update, because hardware is already available in SoC it self. 

Long Story Short , it is very proud moments for India and people of India, it will surely give us global expousure.
